Now, some of you may be puzzled by my loving Idaho. You're thinking to yourself, "There are no real seasons." And you're partially right. I had a friend tell me that Idaho has four seasons, they're just not the same as everywhere else: just before winter, winter, just after winter, and construction. Well, right now in Idaho it is just after winter and there are some beautiful days and some not so beautiful days. Today, it is a not so beautiful day as far as the weather. However, yesterday was the last day of spring...er...just after winter break. Well, it is April 6th and we are having our first (and probably only) "extreme weather" day of the entire school year. That's right! This did not happen in actual winter, it is a just after winter treat for all those students who had projects they were supposed to finish over the break and they procrastinated too long. This is a fine life lesson to learn: if you really have the heart of the procrastinator, you'll be given the chance to procrastinate another day.
Anyway, I just thought I'd wish everyone a "Happy Extreme Weather Day" on this fine April 6th.
PS If the weather is nice and beautiful where you are, I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT!
